Best tablet pc under $200?

Hey everyone!
I'm looking around for a tablet pc like the iPad for under $200. I've looked at a few things but i'm not too sure on buying them. So can anyone recommend a good tablet for that price?

As far as performance goes, it looks like the zt-180 does well with a 1ghz CPU and 256mb RAM. I've been looking at the BM999 as well because I like the design of it, but it's going around the same price with half the specs so you might as well get the faster zt-180. From what I hear, you'll want to get it from an American reseller because the Chinese version supposedly doesn't have Android Marketplace so you won't be able to easily get apps. I'm not able to confirm this myself, but it's what I've gathered through research. I would just read the reviews about them.

A few things to put into consideration: The CPU is important in terms of speed but a slower dual-core CPU can easily beat a fast single-core CPU. RAM is pretty important for stability and multitasking. Battery power above all is most important to me. The BM999 has a 6000mAh battery while the ZT-180 only has 2400mAh. The bigger the screen and more powerful the device, the more juice it'll use up. Some people like it smaller, some like it larger.

The biggest problem with finding cheap tablets is the shipping. Most of them come from overseas so you'll easily end up paying 30-60USD in shipping unless they provide free shipping. Ebay isn't a bad place to start if you want to shop cheaply and domestically.

I break things very easy! and I've had an EEEPC and broke it once already it got mended and I sold it and now I'm looking for something to replace it with.

if you're not a hardcore gamer then you're wasting money on a gaming laptop. if you just do general things, internet & email, microsoft office and non-intense stuff like rendering 3-d graphics then you'd be best off going for endurance.

Should I be worried if my Pleco is floating at the top of the tank (but is still alive)?

I just bought this fish for a 2 month old 10 gallon tank. It was frisky at the pet store (as much as a Pleco can be expected to be with the lights on) and seems quite happy until I introduced it into the tank. The introduction was done with 30 min of temperature acclamation and 5 min of water acclimation and a feeding tablet (the same kind he/she was fed in the store was added for immediate food. Now it just floats on the top of the tank or rolls on the bottom and doesn't stick to anything. I know it still lives as i see it swim now and again, but doesn't move if u touch it (long story).

No, I have a Beta fish that stops swimming sometimes and just floats on it's side. Then you tap on the glass and it still doesn't move, but eventually does.
