No, there isn't. Youtube requires Flash to work. The minimum version of the Android operating system that supports flash is 2.2. This tablet you linked to has 1.5, and likely will never be upgraded.
In general, be very cautious with these cheap Chinese-manufactured tablets. They are horribly underpowered and are of very low quality. You're throwing away money.
If you really want a decent low-cost Android tablet, look at the Archos line. Also, if you are willing to sign up with a data plan through a cellular carrier, wait to see what subsidized prices for tablets get offered later this year. 2011 is going to see a highly competitive tablet market. Please, buy from a trusted name, read reviews from trusted sites like Engadget (and not some crap site that gives glowing reviews; along with a surprisingly convenient link to purchase said product)
