Graphic Tablet Pc
Tablet PC or MacBook?
I am currently a junior in high school, and my parents really want to find me a laptop because I travel a lot. Very probably, so will I take laptop to college with me (they do not want to wait until I am a graduate). I currently spend much of my free time on digital art and graphic design, and I'm planning big in the second. I have a nice tabelt that is connected to my office when I like, so I thought I might want a tablet laptop. But I also heard that Apple makes some of the best computer for graphic design (but I have to connect it to my tablet) Ideally, I would a combination of both, but after extensive research it looks like a Mac tablet is not leaving anytime soon. So who do I need? MacBook or a Tablet PC?
As a fanboy from Windows to a Mac user 2 years I can tell you that once you Mac, you'll never go back. I was a PC tech for over 5 years and will tell you that I never had to work on one Mac, including my own. The OS works so much smoother. OS X is faster, safer, easier to use, more user-friendly, and is just a gem. If you look at the entire design high-end graphics, web design, photo editing, video editing / publishing company, I guarantee you 99% of them use Macs. They are giants and their ability to work with graphics is unparalleled. Apple, in my opinion not only makes the best computer for graphic design, but the best period of the computer. Maybe that's why they also have the best year after year customer satisfaction over other computer manufacturers. If you are interested in a tablet, Apple will release one somewhere in early 2010, probably late January, if you want to wait for that, otherwise the MacBooks is a nice machine too. Personally, I have a 24 "iMac and MacBook Pro 15.4", both of which I love. I believe that if you choose to buy a Mac you can rest 110% sure you've made the right choice.
